wANNAbe mom cares about the privacy and protection of your data. In this declaration you can find any information relevant in order to understand the data processing.

2. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights a data subject towards wANNAbe mom. You have the right to ask for a confirmation, whether personal data is being processed about you. If this is the case, you may ask for an information about the processing based on Art. 15 GDPR as well as Art. 25 FADP.
As per Art. 16 GDPR and Art. 32 FADP, you have the right to ask for immediate correction of your data.
As per Art. 17 GDPR you have the right to ask for deletion of your data or to ask for a limitation of processing according to Art. 18 GDPR.
As per Art. 19 GDPR you are entitled to receive a confirmation, that all recipients, which receive data from us, are informed about a correction, limitation or deletion.
As per Art. 20 GDPR and Art. 28 FADP, you are entitled to receive a structured and accessible copy of the data processed about you.
You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent according to Art. 7 (3) GDPR - also partially.
Furthermore you have the right based on Art. 77 GDPR to address any responsible data protection authority, especially in a member state of the European Union, in Switzerland or in your location.
3. Location of your data
Your data is exclusively treated in the European Economic Area (EU&Switzerland) and are not passed on to any third countries. In case a transfer to a third country may be necessary, this will only be executed in accordance with Art. 44 GDPR and Art. 16 (1) FADP on the basis of sufficient guarantees and the application of standard contractual clauses approved by the EU and by Switzerland.
4. Transfer of data
Your data is treated strictly confidential. Data is not being transferred to third parties or passed on for marketing purposes. wANNAbe mom can make your data accessible to data processors (e.g. payment provider), if their services are required to perform wANNAbe mom's services. If possible, any data is being encrypted and anonymized.
5. Deletion of data
According to Art. 17 and 18 GDPR as well as Art. 6 (4) FADP, your data will automatically be deleted upon termination of the processing (i.e. end of a counselling agreement) - if not already subject to the data subject's rights in Art. 15 GDPR. A longer data storage may only take place if conservation and the extent is required by law, e.g. for tax auditing reasons.
6. Data security
wANNAbe mom uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, theft, unauthorized access or processing etc. We are thriving to follow the latest state of the art in terms of data security and use various encryption and security measures in order to provide maximum security.
7. Legal base for processing
Unless another legal base is specifically mentioned in this statement, your data is being processed based on Art. 6 (1) a GDPR (consent), Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (conclusion and execution of a contract of which the data subject is part of) and - if applicable - Art. 6 (1) f (legitimate interest). For Switzerland: The data processing is justified by Art. 6 (2), 9 FADP.
8. Reason for processing
Your personal data is processed in the following cases:
8.1 Usage of the website
For the regular use of the website, no personal data is being collected. The webserver only records the version of your webbrowser, the shortened IP-address, operational systems etc. In addition, the time of entering the website and the duration of visit for certain pages can be recorded. Logfiles are only kept for a few days for security purposes.
8.2 Newsletter
When subscribing to the newsletter, based on Art. 6 (1) a and b, we collect name, email address, IP address and the consent given in the double opt-in confirmation. The newsletter subscription can be cancelled at anytime.
8.3 Counselling Services
In addition to Art. 6 (1) a and f GDPR, counselling services are provided on the base of Art. 6 (1) b GDPR, which requires the collection of name, address data, payment information (for the payment operator) as well as data about health (if applicable) and about the desired area of counselling. The data is kept for the duration of the treatment and might be kept even after its termination due to conservation laws e.g. for taxes or auditing purposes.
8.4 Contact form
The contact form serves to offer an opportunity to get in touch with us, with is basedon Art. 6 (1) b GDPR. The data provided in the contact form is required for us to answer to your requests and questions. Contact forms are kept for the duration of the correspondence, which might result in a counselling service (see point 8.4). Otherwise they are being deleted after three months. Besides that, the justified interest is based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR in the sense of getting a legitimate answer to one's question.
8.5 Cookies
Cookies are small files that make it possible to store specific information related to the device on the user's access device (PC, smartphone, etc.) and can be retrieved when the same website is visited again. Cookies are used to improve your online experience with us by helping us to make the website more user-friendly, faster and more secure. Furthermore, they serve the purpose of advertising and market research by analyzing the use of our website in an anonymous manner. We use cookies on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

If you purchase a service on our website, your payment information (e.g. credit card data, address) is only forwarded to the payment operator and cannot be accessed by us. Therefore, the terms and conditions of the operator apply.
